Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the instant digital delivery of reports via email, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the report has been delivered.
Digital delivery
A report is generated and unlocked immediately after payment. Because it is delivered instantly and in full, an order cannot generally be cancelled once payment has been completed.
When we do refund
We refund in full if payment was taken but no report was delivered, if you were charged more than once for the same order, or if the report cannot be produced from the details supplied.
How to request one
Email the support address in the footer with your order number within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
